At Unityy Haven, we are passionate about providing independent housing and comprehensive support to individuals who are experiencing homelessness, re-entering citizens, and veterans, domestic violence survivors and low/fixed income individuals by offering a nurturing home where independence, safety, and personal growth are always the priority.

• Shared kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities

Who We Welcome

• Adults in life transition or with disabilities

• Individuals who value peace, structure, and privacy

• Must be able to live independently

• Drug-free, violence-free, and respectful behavior only

Who We Serve

Unityy Haven serves adult women and men who:

  • Have income or a source of monthly payment

  • Are able to live independently

  • Are seeking a structured, respectful living environment

  • Are motivated to maintain housing stability and personal growth

House Requirements

• $120 nonrefundable holding fee required to secure a room

• Signed occupancy agreement and house rules

• Background check

• Clean, respectful conduct required

• Unityy Haven is a program providing independent living accommodations and is not a licensed group home.

• Residents must adhere to all house rules and program guidelines.

• Failure to comply can result in immediate discharge from the program.

Unityy Haven is a private housing provider offering independent living accommodations to adults seeking a structured, supportive, and stable environment. We provide shared housing with community guidelines that encourage personal responsibility and respectful living.

Unityy Haven is not a licensed group home, treatment center, or healthcare facility.
We do not provide medical care, therapy, custodial supervision, or clinical services.
 
Residents are responsible for managing their own daily lives while adhering to house rules.

This form is used to apply for Unityy Haven Independent Living.
Applications are reviewed, and approved individuals will be contacted with next steps.
